3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your shipments and trade requirements
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements in relevant jurisdictions
- Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon in our service agreements
- Maintain proper insurance coverage for your goods
- Provide all necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure that all goods comply with safety, quality, and legal standards
4. Fees and Payment
All fees for our services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before service commencement. Payment terms include:
- Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement
- Additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, and storage fees are the client's responsibility
5. Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We act as agents and coordinators for import/export services
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events
- Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage
- Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
- We recommend comprehensive cargo insurance for all shipments
6. Customs and Compliance
Regarding customs and regulatory compliance:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions and values
- We assist with customs clearance but cannot guarantee approval
- Clients must comply with all import/export regulations in relevant countries
- Prohibited items and restricted goods must be disclosed
- Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information:
- All client information is treated as confidential
- Information is only shared with parties necessary to complete the service
- We comply with data protection regulations
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Pandemic or epidemic situations
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
- Written notice as specified in the service agreement
- Immediate termination for breach of contract
- Outstanding fees must be paid upon termination
- Services in progress will be completed or transferred as agreed
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
